Tim Kelly

Tim Kelly is a highly seasoned and successful technology and marketing executive. Tim has more than 30 years of executive management and marketing experience in technology, mobile and wireless, serving consumers and enterprises.

 

Most recently he was CEO of Zubie, a leading company in the rapidly developing connected-car market. Zubie serves enterprise customers in the automotive, insurance and wireless industries providing a full range of hardware, mobile application and vehicle analytics services.

 

Prior to that he served as president and CEO for Network Solutions, an Internet domain registrar and web hosting company serving small businesses and consumers. Kelly led the company through a period of growth and expanding profitability. In October 2011 he executed the successful sale of the company to Web.com.

 

Prior to Network Solutions, Kelly enjoyed a successful career at Sprint Nextel, as President of the company’s Consumer Division and as Chief Marketing Officer. Kelly was also President of Tickets.com, a software and services company in the live event ticketing industry. He was integral to taking the company public. 

Kelly graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s in Marketing, and earned his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Nova Southeast University.

John Gamble

John Gamble is the Chief Financial Officer of Equifax and is responsible for all financial functions including corporate finance, investor relations, accounting, audit, tax and treasury. Gamble was named to the position in May 2014 when he joined the company.

 

Previously, Gamble was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Lexmark International, Inc., where, in addition to corporate finance functions, he was responsible for the company’s investor relations, information technology, strategy and development; and internal audit and security functions.

 

Prior to Lexmark, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Agere Systems, Inc. Before that, Gamble held finance leadership roles with AlliedSignal, Inc., and then Honeywell International, Inc., following the merger of the two companies. Earlier, he served in a variety of finance capacities with General Motors. Gamble began his career as an electrical engineer with Bethlehem Steel Corporation.

 

Gamble holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Columbia Business School.

Dann Adams

Dann Adams is President of Equifax Global Consumer Solutions, a leading provider of consumer credit monitoring and identity theft products and solutions.

Previously, Mr. Adams was the President of Equifax Consumer Information Solutions, a business that provides consumer information and insights, specifically in the areas of risk management, fraud, marketing, and a variety of vertical industry offerings. Prior to this role, he was responsible for Equifax North America Information Services, which focuses on sales in banking and finance, retail, automotive, credit marketing and other specialized business markets. Also credited with starting the Equifax commercial division, Mr. Adams organized the development of the Small Business Financial Exchange (SBFE), a member-owned database that serves as the leading source for small business information. 

Before joining Equifax, he had a distinguished career at Dun & Bradstreet Information Services in Atlanta. Throughout his 17-year tenure, he held positions in sales, sales management and product marketing, which culminated into his role of VP and Regional Manager. 

A baccalaureate graduate of Central Michigan University with a degree in Marketing and Economics, he has also completed Emory University’s Executive Development Program.
